Mandatory Candidate Requirements:
- Tally Expertise: Must be well experienced in Tally management (preferably TallyPrime). Proficiency in recording all transactional entries, inventory management, VAT compliance, and generating comprehensive financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) is essential.
- Sector Experience: Prior experience, ideally in a trading company, is crucial. Knowledge of import/export documentation and inventory valuation is a strong plus.
- Driving License: Possession of a valid driving license is required, indicating the need for mobility for banking, site visits, or administrative tasks.
- Residency Status: A Valid ID and NOC (No Objection Certificate) must be secured, ensuring the candidate is immediately eligible for employment transfer in Qatar.
- Communication: Good communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
