The Sales Executive Challenge: Technical & Trade Expertise

This position requires a driven and knowledgeable professional capable of navigating the complex procurement requirements of major clients in the energy and industrial sectors.

Key Requirements & Profile:

  1. Sector Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the General Trading & Oil and Gas sector is essential. The ideal candidate understands the supply chain for industrial equipment, safety gear, and technical tools.
  2. Communication: Must possess Excellent communication skills-necessary for engaging with technical procurement teams, negotiating contracts, and building long-term B2B relationships with clients like Qatar Gas, Qatar Petroleum (now Qatar Energy), and their various contractors.
  3. Mobility: Must hold a Valid Qatar Driving License, crucial for client visits across industrial areas, Ras Laffan, Dukhan, and various construction sites.
  4. Visa Status: Must have a Transferable Visa to ensure immediate and seamless employment transition.

Expected Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively seek out and secure new sales opportunities, tenders, and supply contracts within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and major Construction/MEP projects in Qatar.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain a strong portfolio of key clients by providing expert advice on the company’s technical product offerings (e.g., specialized tools, technical lubricants, fluid control systems).
  • Quotation & Follow-up: Prepare detailed, accurate, and professional quotations and manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to delivery and final payment.
