Role Profile: The Face of Luxury Wellness
The SPA Receptionist is the first and last point of contact for guests, playing a crucial role in shaping the entire client experience. Mandatory Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Female Only.
- Nationality Preference: Filipino candidates are highly preferred due to their renowned standard of hospitality and customer service excellence.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience specifically as a Receptionist in a SPA center in Qatar. Local experience is non-negotiable.
- Education: Must hold a Graduate education qualification.
- Technical Skills: Possess good computer knowledge for managing scheduling software, client databases, and basic office tasks.
- Soft Skills: Must be highly customer service oriented, with a professional, calming demeanor suitable for a wellness setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Management: Warmly greet and welcome all spa guests, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
- Booking & Scheduling: Professionally manage complex appointment schedules, ensure smooth client flow, and handle all booking inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Customer Experience: Answer guest questions regarding spa treatments, services, and retail products, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and promoting sales.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the tidiness of the reception area, manage payment transactions, and assist with inventory tracking and basic administrative reports.
