The Role: Indoor Salesman – Your Start in Technical Sales
This is an entry-level position at the forefront of Ectratech’s operations, focusing on providing expert service to their professional clientele (contractors, joinery workshops, etc.).
What You Will Do:
- Customer Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact in the sales outlet, assisting professional clients with product selection from Ectratech’s vast inventory, including Furniture Fittings, Architectural Ironmongery, and specialized Tools & Consumables.
- Inquiry Management: Efficiently manage all customer inquiries, quotations, and technical product questions, ensuring accurate and professional information is delivered.
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify client needs and upselling opportunities to meet and boost sales targets for Ectratech’s high-quality products.
- Product Expertise: Rapidly develop a strong knowledge base about the company’s 40,000+ specialized products.
