The company is looking for candidates who bring specific industry expertise. Please note that these roles are specifically looking for Indian nationals with the following experience levels:
Management & Administration
- Asst. Manager – HR & Admin: 5 to 7 years of experience in human resources and administrative operations within a corporate or retail setting.
- Manager / Asst. Manager (Hypermarket): 5 to 7 years of experience in floor management, retail operations, and team leadership.
- Section / Department Incharge: 4 to 5 years of experience managing specific retail categories (e.g., Grocery, Fresh Food, Electronics).
Technical & Maintenance
- Maintenance Manager: 5 to 7 years of experience in overseeing large-scale facility maintenance.
- Maintenance Incharge: 4 to 5 years of experience in hands-on technical maintenance and team supervision.
- 3D Designer with AutoCAD Draftsman: 4 to 5 years of experience in retail interior design, floor planning, and technical drafting.
Operations & Leasing
- Leasing Executive: 3 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate or retail space leasing.
- Facility Coordinator: 3 to 4 years of experience in managing day-to-day facility operations and vendor coordination.
