The High-Impact Role: Sales Executive (Trading & Contracting)

This position is for a seasoned professional who understands the dynamics of selling materials, equipment, or services to the construction industry. You will be instrumental in generating new business and maintaining profitable relationships.

Mandatory Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Contracting Salesman in Qatar. Experience must be directly related to the Trading (materials, hardware, equipment) and/or Contracting (sub-contract services, specialized works) sectors.
  • Market Contacts: Must possess good market contacts within the construction industry, including developers, main contractors, consultants, and procurement teams.
  • Client Relations: Demonstrated history of building and maintaining good relations with clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Strong ability to achieve target sales consistently. You must be a self-starter focused on generating measurable revenue.
  • Mobility: Must hold a valid Qatar Driving License—essential for visiting sites, meeting clients across Doha, and managing sales territories efficiently.
  • Immediate Availability: Required to be Ready to join immediately with a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate), facilitating a rapid and legal transfer of sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities and tender invitations in the construction and contracting market.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships to secure new projects and contract extensions.
  • Tender Support: Work closely with the Estimation team to prepare compelling techno-commercial proposals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of construction trends, project announcements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
