- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Contracting Salesman in Qatar. Experience must be directly related to the Trading (materials, hardware, equipment) and/or Contracting (sub-contract services, specialized works) sectors.
- Market Contacts: Must possess good market contacts within the construction industry, including developers, main contractors, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Client Relations: Demonstrated history of building and maintaining good relations with clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Strong ability to achieve target sales consistently. You must be a self-starter focused on generating measurable revenue.
- Mobility: Must hold a valid Qatar Driving License—essential for visiting sites, meeting clients across Doha, and managing sales territories efficiently.
- Immediate Availability: Required to be Ready to join immediately with a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate), facilitating a rapid and legal transfer of sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
