- Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in Building Materials Retail Sales. This is essential. You must be able to immediately identify and recommend products commonly sold in a building supply store.
- Mobility: Must hold a Valid Qatar Driving License, which is crucial for delivering parts, visiting local contractors, or traveling between showrooms/warehouses.
- Visa Status: Must currently have Visa available / Transferable Visa status, ensuring a smooth and quick transition to immediate employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Floor Sales: Engage customers in the showroom or counter, providing accurate product information and pricing for items ranging from fasteners and tools to specialized construction consumables.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with repeat customers (small contractors, maintenance firms) to secure ongoing business.
- Target Achievement: Work towards and consistently meet challenging monthly and quarterly retail sales targets.
- Inventory Knowledge: Quickly develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product lines and inventory availability.
