Production & Technical Roles (2–3 Years Experience Required)
These hands-on roles are the backbone of the company’s delivery, transforming creative designs into tangible, high-impact branding solutions.
1. Acrylic Technician
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience.
- Specialization: Must be proficient in the fabrication of acrylic products and skilled in the precise assembly and finishing of 3D letters (channel letters). This includes cutting, gluing, polishing, and mounting, often integrating LED lighting.
2. Signage Technician
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience.
- Scope: Responsible for the comprehensive fabrication, assembly, and on-site installation of various signage systems. This often involves working with aluminum, steel, vinyl, acrylics, and lighting systems, ensuring all installations are safe and meet client specifications.
3. Vehicle Graphics / Branding Technician
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience.
- Specialization: Expertise in large-format graphics application, specifically for vehicle wrapping and branding. This requires meticulous skill in preparing vehicle surfaces, applying vinyl and decals smoothly, and ensuring precise brand alignment across the entire fleet.
Commercial & Finance Roles (Essential Support)
These roles are crucial for the company’s financial health, project planning, and ensuring profitability in every creative endeavor.
4. Estimation Specialist
- Experience: Proven expertise in estimation is required.
- Focus Areas: Must have specific knowledge and experience in costing projects within the Branding, Events, and Signage sectors. Responsibilities include reading technical drawings, calculating material quantities (BOQs), assessing labor time, and preparing accurate, competitive quotations.
5. Junior Accountant
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Role: Responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and assisting with financial reporting, ideally within a contracting or service-based company.
