- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
- Physical Condition: Must be physically fit & disciplined and capable of meeting the demands of shift work and emergency response.

- Work Ethic: Must be able to work shifts (day, night, weekends) as security operations are 24/7.
